Agreement to Terms
Welcome to RewardHours, a survey rewards platform operated by Research and Metric C Corp (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RewardHours website located at https://www.rewardhours.com/ and all related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Eligibility
To use RewardHours, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

- Maintain only one active account (duplicate accounts are prohibited)

Account Security
You are responsible for:

- Create multiple accounts
- Use another person’s account without permission

Surveys and Participation
Survey Opportunities
- Survey availability is based on your profile, demographics, and client requirements
- We do not guarantee a minimum number of survey opportunities
- Not all users will qualify for all surveys
- Survey invitations are sent at our discretion
Survey Completion
When participating in surveys, you agree to:
- Provide honest, thoughtful, and accurate responses
- Complete surveys carefully and attentively
- Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts
- Not rush through surveys without reading questions
- Not provide contradictory or inconsistent responses
Quality Standards
We monitor response quality and may disqualify responses that:
- Contain gibberish or nonsensical answers
- Show patterns of straight-lining (selecting the same answer repeatedly)
- Are completed in an unreasonably short time
- Demonstrate inattention to screening questions
- Contain offensive or inappropriate content
Repeated quality violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Rewards and Compensation
Earning Rewards
- Rewards are earned by successfully completing surveys
- Reward amounts vary based on survey length, complexity, and client requirements
- Rewards are credited to your account after survey completion and validation
- Partial completions do not earn rewards unless otherwise specified
- Screening disqualifications do not earn full survey rewards
Reward Types
RewardHours offers multiple reward options:
- Cash: Direct transfer to your account
- Gift Cards: Various retail and online gift cards
- Online Payments: Bank transfer or PayPal
- Discount Coupons: Various promotional coupons
Redemption

- Rewards are subject to availability

Taxes
You are responsible for:

Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:
- Investigate suspicious account activity
- Withhold rewards pending investigation
- Forfeit rewards from fraudulent activity
- Terminate accounts involved in fraud
Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
Account Abuse
- Create multiple accounts or fake accounts
- Use VPNs or proxy servers to misrepresent your location
- Share, sell, or transfer your account
- Provide false demographic or profile information
Survey Abuse
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to complete surveys
- Copy or share survey content without permission
- Attempt to manipulate survey results
- Complete surveys on behalf of others
Technical Interference
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
Illegal Activity
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Engage in fraud, harassment, or abusive behavior
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Violations may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of rewards, and potential legal action.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content
All content on RewardHours, including text, graphics, logos, software, and design, is owned by Research and Metric C Corp or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
- Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
- Create derivative works from our content
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
Survey Content
Surveys, questions, and research materials are confidential and proprietary. You may not:
- Share survey questions or content publicly
- Discuss specific survey details on social media or forums
- Use survey content for any purpose other than completing the survey
- Screenshot or record survey content
User Content
By submitting survey responses, feedback, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, analyze, aggregate, and share your responses for research purposes. Your individual responses will be anonymized when shared with clients.
Third-Party Services
Payment Processors
We use third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal) for reward redemption. Your use of these services is subject to their terms and conditions.
Survey Clients
Surveys are conducted on behalf of third-party clients. We are not responsible for how clients use aggregated data, though we ensure data is anonymized before sharing.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites.

No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Specific survey opportunities or frequency
- Minimum earnings or rewards
- Availability of specific reward options
- Compatibility with all devices or browsers
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESEARCH AND METRIC C CORP, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL
- SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT
- DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE TOTAL REWARDS EARNED IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Research and Metric C Corp, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Fraudulent or illegal activity on your account
- Your breach of any representations or warranties
Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Accessing account settings and selecting “Delete Account”
- Emailing us at support@rewardhours.com
Upon termination, you must redeem any available rewards within 30 days, after which they will be forfeited.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- We detect suspicious account activity
- Your account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months
- Required by law or to protect our rights
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will be revoked
- Unredeemed rewards may be forfeited
- We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Wyoming and USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@rewardhours.com to attempt informal resolution. We’ll work in good faith to resolve disputes within 30 days.
Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except:
- Claims in small claims court
- Intellectual property disputes
- Claims seeking injunctive relief
Arbitration will be conducted by [Specify Arbitration Organization] under its rules. You and Research and Metric C Corp waive the right to a jury trial and class action lawsuits.
Exceptions

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government actions, or technical failures.
Language
These Terms are written in English. Translations may be provided for convenience, but the English version controls in case of conflict.
