Yes! Registration and participation are completely free. There are no hidden fees, membership costs, or charges to redeem rewards.

To join RewardHours, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid email address
  • Reside in a country where we operate
  • Provide accurate demographic information

No. Each person is allowed only one RewardHours account. Creating multiple accounts violates our Terms of Use and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of rewards.

Surveys

Surveys are sent via email based on your profile information and demographics. You can also check your dashboard for available surveys. We recommend:

Keeping your profile updated
Checking your email regularly
Whitelisting noreply@rewardhours.com to avoid spam filters

Surveys target specific demographics, interests, or consumer behaviors. You may not qualify if:

  • Your profile doesn't match the target audience
  • The survey quota is full
  • Your screening responses indicate you're not the right fit

Most active users receive 2-10 survey opportunities per week, but we cannot guarantee a specific number.

Survey length varies from 5 to 30 minutes, with most taking 10-15 minutes. The estimated time is shown before you start each survey.
