Getting started
Yes, joining Reward Hours is completely free. There are no membership fees, no credit card requirements, and no hidden costs at any stage. A legitimate paid survey panel will never ask you to pay to join or to "unlock" higher-paying surveys. Creating your account takes under two minutes.
Anyone aged 18 or over living in one of our 40+ supported countries can join. We welcome students, parents, retirees, and working professionals, no special skills or experience are needed. All you need is an email address and an internet-connected device.
Reward Hours operates in more than 40 countries across North America, Europe, Asia, and beyond, with surveys available in multiple languages. The number and value of available surveys can vary by country, since they depend on what research firms are currently studying in your region.
No experience is required. Surveys are designed to be answered honestly based on your own opinions and habits, there are no right or wrong answers. The platform guides you through each survey step by step.
Legitimacy and trust
Yes. Reward Hours partners only with Fortune 500 companies and accredited market research firms. Every survey is a genuine research study commissioned by a real brand, and every reward is paid through trusted methods like PayPal and bank transfer. Market research is a multi-billion-dollar industry, and paid panels are a normal, established way companies gather consumer opinions.
Genuine survey panels share a few traits: they're always free to join, they never ask for payment or sensitive financial details to "release" earnings, and they have clear privacy and payout policies. Reward Hours uses enterprise-level data protection, never sells your personal data, and pays through verifiable channels. If anything ever feels off, contact our support team directly.
Yes. Your information is encrypted and protected with enterprise-grade security, and it is never sold to third parties. Survey responses are typically aggregated and anonymized for research, so brands see patterns and trends rather than your individual identity. You can review or delete your data at any time in line with privacy regulations like GDPR.
Earning and surveys
Earnings depend on how many surveys you qualify for and complete. Individual surveys typically reward between $1 and $15, with longer or specialized studies like product testing or healthcare research paying more. Reward Hours is best viewed as a flexible way to earn extra income in your spare time rather than a full-time salary.
Each study targets a specific group of people for example, recent car buyers or parents of young children. If your profile doesn't match what a particular study needs, you may be screened out early. Completing your profile fully and accurately helps us match you to surveys you'll qualify for, so you're screened out less often.
This varies by your profile, demographics, and the studies active in your region. Members with complete profiles generally receive more frequent and more relevant invitations. You'll be notified by email and in your dashboard when a new survey is available.
Beyond standard questionnaires, you may be invited to product testing, advertising research, consumer insights, technology testing, healthcare opinion panels, and travel and lifestyle research.
Payments and rewards
You earn points for every completed survey, which you can redeem for PayPal cash, direct bank transfer, gift cards from 50+ popular retailers, or exclusive discount vouchers. You choose the reward option that suits you best.
The minimum payout threshold is just $10, one of the lowest among paid survey panels so you can cash out without waiting months to reach a high target.
Once you request a payout, rewards are typically processed within 3–5 business days. PayPal payments and gift cards are usually the fastest, while bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank and country.
No. Reward Hours does not charge hidden fees to withdraw your earnings. The amount you redeem is the amount you receive.
